Service restored

The service should all be back up for Updata schools now. The proxy servers had to be rebooted. Thanks

Internet down on Updata network

Unfortunately schools on the Updata network have no internet. This has been escalated immediately to Updata.
There are no issues for schools on the RM network (approximately 400 migrations have so far been completed). Thanks, and apologies.

Speed issues on the Updata transparent proxy

We are investigating reports that schools on the old network are experiencing performance issues on their transparent proxy. Updata are dealing with this. Please note that this is not impacting schools who have migrated over to the RM network.
